Tech Mahindra partners with Atento to offer GenAI services
Tech Mahindra partners with Atento to offer business transformation solutions using Generative AI and BPO in multiple languages. The collaboration focuses on operational efficiency, emerging technologies, and expanding market presence in the US, Europe, and Latin America.
Tech Mahindra has entered into partnership with Atento, a customer relationship management (CRM) and business transformation outsourcing (BTO) company. The partnership will deliver end-to-end business transformation solutions and services that leverage Generative AI-powered technologies, as well as customer experience (CX) consulting for customers in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and Latin American regions.
The collaboration will offer an extensive range of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions and services available in over 50 languages. These solutions aim to equip enterprises with improved operational efficiency, scalability, and flexibility, enabling them to deliver exceptional digital Customer Experience (CX).
The BPO solutions and services will be delivered through the establishment and execution of an operating system (OS) and operating model (OM). These operational capabilities will harness emerging technologies like GenAI, automation, analytics, process mining, virtual assistants, and conversational AI to foster business expansion and enhance customer satisfaction.
